Replacement parts are limited and only available for select items in our collection.

If you need a replacement part, please contact our Support Team and we’ll be happy to check what options may be available.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include:
  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The specific part that needs to be replaced (for example: bolt screw, extender, adjustment tool, etc.)

If possible, please also include photos of the item and the part needed, as this can help us identify the correct replacement more quickly.
