Whether you're ready to commit to a full year or looking for a more flexible option, changing your Hero VIP Club membership tier is quick and easy — no need to cancel and re-sign up.

Available Membership Plans

The Hero VIP Club offers three membership tiers, each available with monthly or annual billing:

• Bronze — $4.99/month or $59.88/year
• Silver — $9.99/month or $119.88/year
• Gold — $24.99/month or $299.88/year

💡 Note: Upgrading your membership may result in an immediate charge for the difference. Downgrading may result in a prorated refund applied to your account.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Hero VIP Membership

1. Log in to your account here.
2. From your Account Page, select Membership Management in the menu.
3. On your membership, click See More Details.
4. Scroll to the Membership Details section and click Upgrade/Downgrade Membership.
5. Select either Upgrade Membership or Downgrade Membership, then click Next.
6. Browse the available membership plans and select the one you'd like to switch to.
7. Click Add Product to confirm and save your new plan.
