Managing your account with The Hero Company is simple and secure. Whether you're checking past orders, updating your profile information, or managing your Hero VIP Membership, everything you need is available right from your account dashboard.

How to Sign In

To access your account, visit our account login link here

Sign-In Instructions:

  1. Enter the email address associated with your previous orders.
  2. You'll receive a one-time verification code via email or text message. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it right away.
  3. Enter the verification code on the sign-in page to access your account.

Navigating Your Account Page

Once signed in, you’ll have access to several helpful areas from the account menu:

Shop

  • Takes you back to our main store so you can browse and shop our mission-driven products.

Orders

  • View your complete order history, including tracking info and status updates for current or past purchases.

Membership Management & Membership Portal (For VIP Members)

  • If you’re part of our Hero VIP Membership, these sections allow you to:
    • Review membership details
    • Make changes to your VIP subscription
    • Learn more about Hero VIP Membership management here

User Menu (Top Right Corner - Person Icon)

Clicking the person icon opens the user dropdown menu, which includes:

  • Profile – Update your name or manage saved shipping addresses.
    • ⚠ Please note: 
    • Changes to your address details made here will not affect current orders. If you need to update the address for an order in progress, please contact us immediately.
    • Email addresses cannot be edited.
    • If you’d like to merge two accounts, contact our Hero Support Team for help.
  • Settings – Includes the “Log Out Everywhere” option.
    • Useful if you’ve lost a device or have security concerns—this ensures your account is logged out from all devices.
  • Log Out – Securely log out of your account from your current session.
