Managing your account with The Hero Company is simple and secure. From your account dashboard, you can review past orders, update your profile, and manage your Hero VIP Membership (if enrolled)—all in one place.
How to Sign In
To access your account, visit our website here.
- Mobile: Scroll to the footer → select Quick Links → tap Login
- Desktop: Click the person icon 👤 in the top-right corner
Sign-In Instructions:
- Enter the email address associated with your account or previous orders.
- You’ll receive a one-time verification code via email (or text, if enabled).
- Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it right away.

Navigating Your Account Page
Once signed in, you’ll have access to the following sections:
Shop
- Quickly return to the store to continue browsing and purchasing products.
Orders
- View your order history
- Check order status and tracking details
- Review details for past purchases
Membership Management & Membership Portal (VIP Members)
If you’re enrolled in the Hero VIP Membership, you can:
- Review your membership details
- Manage or update your subscription
- Learn more about Hero VIP Membership management here.
Profile & Account Settings
Access these options by clicking the person icon in the top-right corner.
Profile
- Update your name
- Manage saved shipping addresses
Important notes:
- Changes made here will not apply to orders already placed.
- If you need to update an order in progress, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
- To merge multiple accounts, please contact support for assistance.
Settings
Includes “Log Out Everywhere”, which signs your account out of all devices. Helpful if you’ve lost access to a device or have security concerns.
