Extenders are available for some Hero Co bracelets. Each extender is made for one specific bracelet, so it’s important to choose the one that matches yours.

How to find the right extender

1. Find your bracelet’s name. It’s on your order confirmation email and the product page.
2. Browse our bracelet extenders.
3. Match the name. Choose the extender with your exact bracelet name in the product title.

If you don’t see your bracelet’s name in the collection, an extender isn’t currently offered for that style.

Important compatibility information

• Not every bracelet has an extender. Only some styles offer one. 
• Extenders are bracelet-specific. They aren’t interchangeable between styles.
• Always check the product title to confirm your exact bracelet name before purchasing.

What if the extender is sold out?

If you see an “Email me when available” button on the extender’s product page, tap it and we’ll email you when it’s back in stock.

What if my bracelet doesn’t have an extender?

You can exchange your bracelet within 90 days:

• If your style comes in multiple sizes, exchange it for a larger size.
• If it only comes in one size, exchange it for a different bracelet that fits.
