At The Hero Company, we know many of our customers shop with loved ones, veterans, and service members in mind. While we don’t currently offer gifting services such as gift messages, gift wrapping, or special packing options, this is something we may add in the future.

Will pricing information be included in my shipment?
No. Our packing slips do not include any pricing details. This means you can send a package directly to a family member or friend without worrying about cost information being visible.

How will the recipient know who it’s from?
Right now, the recipient won’t receive a direct notice from us with your name on it. You can always give them a heads-up that a package is on the way—or keep it under wraps and let the delivery be a surprise. Sometimes, those unexpected moments make the biggest impact.
