How Do I Redeem My Store Credit?Updated a month ago

Store credit can be issued in one of two ways — as a store credit code or as a store credit balance applied directly to your account. How you redeem it depends on which type you received.

Not sure which one you have? Check any previous communication from our support team, or contact us and we can look it up for you.

If you received a store credit code:

A store credit code works like a gift card and is entered manually at checkout.

1. Add your items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
2. Locate the Discount field on the Checkout page.
3. Enter your store credit code exactly as provided and select Apply. Your credit will be deducted from your order total.
4. Complete your purchase as normal.

If you received a store credit balance:

A store credit balance is linked directly to your account and does not require a code — it will appear automatically at checkout when you're logged in.

1. Log in to your account before or during checkout.
2. Add your items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
3. In the Payment section, your available store credit balance will be displayed.
4. Under Pay, select Apply store credit to apply it toward your order total.
5. Complete your purchase as normal.

Don't see your balance? Make sure you're logged into the account associated with your store credit.
