Before You Cancel

If you’re thinking about ending your membership, consider a few flexible alternatives that might better fit your situation.

🔄 Change your Next Occurrence Date

Need to adjust when your next payment goes through? No problem. Reach out to our Support Team, and we’ll help you move your next renewal date to something that works better for you.

⏸️ Pause Your Membership

If you just need a break, you can pause your Hero VIP Membership instead of canceling. While paused, your membership stays active in our system — you won’t be charged until you decide to reactivate. It’s the perfect option if you’re planning to come back soon. Note: The membership will expire if it remains paused beyond the next renewal date.

How to Pause or Cancel Your Hero VIP Membership

1. Log in to your account here.

2. From your Account Page, select Membership Management in the menu.

3. On your membership, click See More Details.

4. Choose what you’d like to do:

   • To Pause: Click the Pause Membership button.

   • To Cancel: Scroll to the Cancel Membership section and click Cancel Membership.

5. In the confirmation pop-up, select Yes to finalize your choice.
