If I choose expedited shipping, when will my order arrive?Updated a month ago

Expedited Shipping (Two Day Shipping or Next Day Shipping) is available only for ready-to-ship items being delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note that print-on-demand items require production time and are not eligible for expedited shipping. If your order contains a print-on-demand item, expedited shipping options will not be available at checkout.

Processing Time for Expedited Orders

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST on Monday through Friday (excluding holidays): Ship the same day
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) or any time on Saturday / Sunday: Ship the following business day

Important: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or observed holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Note: The above assumes orders are placed by the 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST cutoff mentioned above the table. Orders placed after this cutoff on any given day will ship the following business day.

Things to Keep in Mind

• No Weekend Delivery: Transit times are based strictly on business days. Weekends are not included unless otherwise specified by the carrier.
• Holidays: If a holiday falls within your shipping window, your estimated delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. These extensions are expected and are reflected in our estimated shipping timelines. We encourage customers to allow additional transit time when placing orders around major holidays.
• Shipping Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause shipping delays or delivery issues. 
• PO Boxes: If you select Two Day or Next Day Shipping and enter a PO Box as your shipping address, your order will not be eligible for expedited delivery as selected, and fulfillment may be delayed.
• Unexpected Carrier Delays: While we work hard to ensure your order ships on time, carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not strictly guaranteed against severe weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volumes, operational issues, or other circumstances outside of The Hero Company's control.
