Shopping Process
Getting started is simple:
- Visit The Hero Company website and browse our store by navigating through collections, categories, or featured products.
- Click on any product to view more details.
- Youâll find important information in the product description, including sizing, materials, and features.Â
- Be sure to review the product photos for additional details, angles, and visual references.
- Select any required options (such as size or color), then click Add to Cart.
- When you're ready, click the cart icon (top right of the page) to review your items.
From the Cart page, click đCheckout to begin the checkout process.
Checkout Process
Logged-In Customers
If youâre already signed in to your account:
- Your saved shipping and payment details will automatically populate at checkout.
- Simply review your information, select your shipping method, and click âPlace Orderâ to complete your purchase.
Not Logged-In Customers
If you are not signed in, youâll start by entering your email address:
- If your email is linked to an account:
Youâll be prompted to sign in using Shopifyâs secure login (a one-time code sent to your email). - If your email is not linked to an account:
Youâll continue as a guest and manually enter:- Shipping address
- Contact details
- (Optional) Phone number and text update preferences
Shipping
- Select your preferred shipping method:
- Standard Shipping
- Two-Day Shipping
- Next-Day Shipping
Note: Expedited shipping options may not be available for all orders or locations.
Payment
- Enter your payment details.
- Confirm your billing address.
- Optional: Apply any discount code or store credit you have.
- Click âPay Nowâ to complete your purchase.
After Checkout
- Your order details will appear on the order confirmation page immediately after purchase.
- Youâll also receive a confirmation email.
Tip: If you donât see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
